1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vaji99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vaji99 website located at https://vaji99.net, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support features made available thereon.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the provisions set out below.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your vaji99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days of receipt.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by vaji99

8.3 Effect of Closure

Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon account closure for breach of Terms.
